We primarily match up students with teachers of the same gender, but you can request a female or male teacher when you enroll or during your evaluation.
Do your teachers speak English?
Yes, our teachers speak English.
I am getting billed every 28 days - why is that?
Our tuition is calculated according to the hours of instruction our students are receiving on a weekly basis. You will therefore receive a statement every four weeks, or 28 days. This allows for the tuition rate to stay the same over time. If you have any questions regarding your statement or billing, please contact billing@studioarabiya.com.
I want to study something different from your courses, can I?
If you are looking to study a subject that is not within one of our organized courses, you may sign up for the pay-as-you-go tutoring and let your tutor know what you would like to study.
